On 24 August 2022, the members of the above-named company passed the following written resolutions as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

• That the company be wound up voluntarily; and

• That Henry Nicholas Page and Dominic Paul Dumville both of 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH (IP Nos 12250 and 17890) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company, to act jointly or severally.
