NOTICE is hereby given that on 8th August 2017 a Petition by RSI Investments LLP, Company No. SO301638, registered office address 34 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1FW was presented to the Sheriffdom of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia to order that the said RSI Investments LLP be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8th August 2017 ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime until the prayer of the Petition has been granted.
