Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company which was voluntarily wound up on 17 June 2019 are required, on or before 16 July 2019, to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Abbott Fielding Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ and, if so required by notice from the Liquidator, to provide such further details or produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Note: The Director of the Company has made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
