At a General Meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at 79 Broad Street, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, AB43 9AU, on 23 February 2021, at 1.15 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584), be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they act jointly and severally; that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to pay unsecured creditors in full and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the company’s assets in specie.”
