At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 10 Lynford Gardens, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 8UG on 15 August 2022, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to distribute among the members in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the company and to determine how much divisions shall be carried out as between the members and that Ashok Bhardwaj (IP No. 4640) of Bhardwaj Limited, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE be appointed Liquidator of the company.”
