At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD on 24 September 2019 at 2.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
