At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 601 High Road Leytonstone, London, E11 4PA on 4 February 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Ordinary Resolution

“That George Michael and Harjinder Johal both of Ashcrofts, 601 High Road Leytonstone, London, E11 4PA be appointed s for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they may act jointly and severally in this regard.”

By virtue of the virtual meeting decision procedure on 4 February 2020, the resolution was ratified confirming the appointment of George Michael (IP No. 9230) and Harjinder Johal (IP No. 9175) as joint liquidators.
