"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard William James Long (IP No. 6059) of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Herts, SG14 1HH be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
