Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the shareholders of the above Company was held at 17 Parkfield Road, Oldbury B68 8TP on 13 October 2017 at 12.00 noon in accordance with S283 of the Companies Act 2006 and s84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose, if thought fit, of passing the following resolutions as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew Thomas Colbourne Frayne (IP No. 9158) of Fraser Frayne Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, Old Canal Cottage, Dunkerton, Bath, NE Somerset, BA2 8BS be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that he may act severally in this regard."
