“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Charles Howard Ranby-Gorwood (IP No. 9129) of CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery, Alexandra Dock Business Centre, Fisherman’s Wharf, Grimsby, DN31 1UL is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of the winding up”
