"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Melissa Lorraine Jackson (IP No. 9747) of Kennway Francis Limited, Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1HT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
