Notice is hereby given that on 31 May 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston by Eric Walls craving the Court inter alia that Rowand Fine Wine & Delicatessens Limited having their Registered Office at 74 Almondvale South, Livingston Shopping Centre, Livingston EH54 6HR (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by Interlocutor dated 3 June 2016 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
