"That the Company be wound-up voluntarily. That Andrew Turpin and Matthew Douglas Hardy of Poppleton & Appleby, 30 St. Paul's Square, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 1QZ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
