"That Roundthorn Business Watch Scheme Limited (Company) be wound up voluntarily under Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint David Simon Matthew Edwards (IP No. 008244) and Janette Louise Chillery-Belcher (IP No. 22172) both of Aaron & Partners LLP, 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester, CH1 1HG as Joint Liquidators of the Company."
