Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories for the purpose of to form a committee, and if one is not formed, and if one is not formed, to increase the Liquidator's remuneration. The meeting will be held on 11 March 2021, at 10:00.
