"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Melvyn Woolfson (IP No. 5940) of The Robert Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London, W1U 2ED be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up and that he may act jointly and severally."
