Notice is hereby given that on 31 January 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh by Ralph Mercer, craving the Court, inter alia that Ross-Shire Hotels Ltd trading as the Marine Hotel having its Registered Office at Dundas House, Westfield Park, Dalkeith, EH22 3FB be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 4 February 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; appointed all of which notice is hereby given.
