Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986 that I, Michael J M Reid, of Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR, (IP No: 7327) was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company on 08 May 2019, by the sheriff at Edinburgh. I do not intend to summon a separate meeting of creditors for the sole purpose of establishing a liquidation committee however, under the terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to call such a meeting if requested by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
