"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3QR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they be empowered to act jointly or severally in matters relating to the winding-up."
