“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) and Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) both of Begbies Traynor, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”
