At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF on 3 October 2018 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Wayne Macpherson (IP No. 9141) of Begbies Traynor LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG and Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."

The Company's creditors subsequently appointed Jeremy Woodside of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF and Wayne Macpherson of Begbies Traynor LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG as Liquidators and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
