A Petition to Wind-up the above named Company of Unit 8, Alph Business Park, Travellers Close, Welham Green, Herts., AL9 7NT presented on 22 November 2021 by Roseville (Projects) Limited c/o Lloyd Christopher Biscoe and Jamie Taylor, Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, Southend-On-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, High Court of Justice, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 11 January 2022 at 10.00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
