"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 009614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
