Notice is hereby given that on 1 May 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia that ROSE ACCESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED, with its Registered Office at Unit 5, Spurryhillock Industrial Estate, Broomhill Road, Stonehaven, Scotland, AB39 2NH be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 1 May 2019 ordained the said Rose Access Solutions Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
