At a general meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 5th Floor North Side, 7-10 Chandos Street, London W1G 9DQ on 5 May 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams and Mark Newton (IP Numbers 9413 and 9732) of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
