Notice is hereby given that on 12 February 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Birlea Furniture Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts company number (04231047), and having a Registered office at 1 Meadow Crescent, Castle Donington, Derbyshire, UK, DE74 2HL craving the Court inter alia that Rooms 2 Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts company number(SC504020), and having a registered office at 298-300 Maxwell Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G41 1PJ be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 12 February 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service under certification. Further, a hearing has been assigned on 16 May 2018 at 10.00 AM within Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court in relation to the craves of the petition.
