Notice is hereby given by Linda Carson, director of the company (“the convener”), that a meeting of the creditors of Ronald J. Carson Limited, Piperland, Gargunnock, Stirlingshire, FK8 3JJ is to be held on 24 January 2020 at 10am. This meeting is being held for the purpose of:

(1) appointing a liquidator of the company under section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and

(2) where two or more liquidators are appointed, in accordance with section 231, confirming that any acts can be done by any one or more of them; and

(3) resolving that a liquidation committee will not be established, unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convener, in writing, by the decision date; and

(4) approving the payment to the nominated liquidator of the costs of assisting in the preparation of the Statement of Affairs and of convening the decision procedure.

and is a physical meeting requested by creditors under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986

Creditors can participate in the meeting in person and vote. If you cannot participate, or do not wish to participate, but wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to participate on your behalf, or you may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the director of the company, to vote on your behalf. Proxies can be submitted to the convener at the above address in advance or at the creditors’ meeting.

The venue for the meeting is Stirling Business Centre, Wellgreen Place, Stirling, FK8 2DZ.
