NOTICE is hereby given that on 28 February 2019, a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by Ronald Docherty and Sandra Docherty, directors of Ronald Docherty Civil Engineering Contractor Limited, craving the court inter alia that Ronald Docherty Civil Engineering Contractor Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC145106) and having its registered office at 24a Lenziemill Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow G67 2RL, be wound up by the Court and that Matthew Purdon Henderson, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7PE, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 28 February 2019 appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed the said Matthew Purdon Henderson to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
