Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 23:59 on 14 October 2019, to send their full names and addresses along with descriptions and full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Zafar Iqbal (6578) at Hunter House, 109 Snakes Lane West, Woodford Green IG8 0DY, and, if so required by notice in writing from said Liquidator, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts/claims are proved.

The Liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the Liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 23:59 on 14 October 2019.
