Notice is hereby given that on 11 September 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by Charles Glen McBeath and Claire Ellis McBeath as directors of Rollo Engineering Limited (Company No: SC242227) having its registered office at St Andrews Works, Bonnybridge, Falkirk, FK4 2EJ for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Rollo Engineering Limited (Company No: SC242227) having its registered office at St Andrews Works, Bonnybridge, Falkirk, FK4 2EJ (the "Company") and to appoint an interim liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 11 September 2019 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be intimated on the Company and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scottish Daily Mail newspaper; ordained the said company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement under certification; eo die nominated and appointed Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner and Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Insolvency Practitioner both of FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
