A Petition to wind up the above-named company Roll-Rite Hire Ltd (07597389) of 103 Bradley House, Radcliffe Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 6RT, the principal nature of whose business is installation of industrial machinery and equipment, presented on Tuesday 12 November 2019 by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED of Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3RU, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ, on Monday 6 January 2020 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
