“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Eric Walls (IP No. 9113) of KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquisway, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU be and are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
