Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 2BD and James Dowers (IP No. 14450) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."

This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016. It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Louise Durkan of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 1BD.
