Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Sale Smith & Co Limited, Inducta House, Fryers Road, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7LZ on 16 October 2020 at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively for the purposes of:- a. Having laid before them an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up for the period of her administration from 4 February 2009 to 16 October 2020 and; b. Hearing any explanation, may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged at the address below no later than 12.00 noon on 15 October 2020.
