At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Temple Chambers, 72 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0HP on 29 April 2022 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) and Sajid Sattar (IP No. 15590) both of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be appointed Joint Liquidators or the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that they may act jointly and severally in this regard."
