Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories as requested by the creditors for the purpose of forming a committee, and if one is not formed, to fix basis of the Liquidator's remuneration and authorising them to draw category 2 disbursements. The meeting will be held on 30 September 2020, at 11:00.
