This Notice is given under Rules 15.13 and 18.30 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidators, Tracy Mary Clowry and Gareth Hunt of Beesley Corporate Recovery, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire, SK9 3HP (telephone number 01625 544 795, who were appointed by the members and creditors of the Company).

The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee

2. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw excess remuneration incurred during the administration of the liquidation as an expense of the liquidation.
