"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lane Bednash (IP No. 8882) and Adam Price (IP No. 25050) both of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and, where applicable, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office."
