"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
