“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up."
