Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10:30 on 26 March 2020 at 7 Jetstream Drive Auckley Doncaster DN9 3QS for the purpose of considering and if thought fit passing the following resolutions:

Special resolution

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Ordinary resolution

“That Claire Louise Foster of Revive Business Recovery Limited, 7 Jetstream Drive Auckley Doncaster South Yorkshire DN9 3QS (office holder no 9423) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by her.”

Proxy forms, if applicable, must be lodged at 7 Jetstream Drive Auckley Doncaster DN9 3QS, by no later than 25 March 2020.

Note: A member who will not be attending the meeting in person may, by using the enclosed proxy form, nominate another person to attend and vote on his behalf. The proxy need not to be a member of the Company. Alternatively, a member may nominate the chairman of the meeting to vote on his/her behalf.
