Notice is hereby given by the Joint Administrators, Sean Bucknall and Paul Zalkin of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that we intend to declare a first and finl dividend to preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company are required, on or before 1 June 2020 ("the last date for proving"), to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Sean Bucknall of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA, the Joint Administrator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved. The value of the prescribed part is ÂŁ10,089.52 (without deduction of the future expenses associated with the prescribed part)
