Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Liquidator of the above-named Company, voluntarily wound up on 30 March 2021 intends to make a final distribution. This is a solvent liquidation and the directors have made a statutory declaration that the company is able to pay all know liabilities in full.

Creditors of the above named company are required, on before 17 February 2023 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their claims to Jean Ellis, DSG Chartered Accountants, Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9TL and if so requested to provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the liquidator deems necessary, or in default will be excluded from any distribution made before such debts are proved.
