Notice is hereby given that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened by Adam Lewis, to be held for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting was requested by creditors and it has been summoned under section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Given the ongoing threat from Covid-19 we are still taking precautions in the interests of public health and the safety of creditors and other stakeholders. As a result, if anyone objects to a deemed consent procedure to appoint a Liquidator, we will not be able to comply in the normal way with the requirement to convene a physical meeting. We will be able to convene a meeting for a place, date and time that complies with the legislation, although some time limits may have to be amended to allow for difficulties in drafting and delivering notices under the restriction. However, nobody will be able to physically attend the meetings, other than the insolvency practitioners, or the convener, depending on the venue used for the meeting. and everyone else will only be able to attend remotely.

The meeting will be held on 18 September 2020 at 11.00 am at Satago Cottage, 360a Brighton Road, Croydon, CR2 6AL - BUT attendance will be by Zoom only. Login details on request, please make your request by email to gabriella.storey@herronfisher.co.uk.

Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may do so personally or by proxy. A creditor can attend the meeting in person (ie by zoom) and vote, and is entitled to vote if they have delivered proof of their debt by no later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting. If a creditor cannot attend in person or does not wish to attend but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can either nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the Chair of the meeting, who will be a director of the company, to vote on their behalf. Creditors must deliver their proxy by no later than the commencement of the meeting. Creditors must deliver all proofs of their debt and proxies to Herron Fisher, Satago Cottage, 360a Brighton Road, Croydon, CR2 6AL. Creditors failing to lodge a proof of their debt or proxy as indicated will lead to their votes being disregarded.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting.

At the meeting, creditors may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting of creditors.

Christopher Herron (IP No. 8755) and Nicola Jayne Fisher (IP No. 9090) both of Herron Fisher, are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the day of meeting, furnish creditors free of charge with such infomation concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require. Creditors can contact Herron Fisher on 020 8688 2100 or by email at gabriella.storey@herronfisher.co.uk
