At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 73 Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey CR0 1JG on 31 May 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 31 May 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Joanne Kim Rolls and Timothy John Edward Dolder as Joint Liquidators.
