Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 04 January 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Clifton, of Empirical Insolvency LLP, PO Box 16114, Solihull, B93 3GS, (IP No. 8766), be appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the 4 January 2017 the appointment of Alan Clifton as liquidator was confirmed.
