A Petition to wind up the above-named company of RMS CIVIL ENGINEERING LIMITED (11795409) of 208 Mill Road, Cambridge CB1 3NF, whose nature of business is construction of domestic buildings, presented on Wednesday 15 December 2021, at 10:00 by HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT LTD T/A HAYS CONSTRUCTION & PROPERTY, of 250 Euston Road , London NW1 2AF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Courts of Justice , Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 January 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
