A Petition to wind up the above-named company of RM Technical Services (Nottingham) Limited (05295789) of 3 Weston Close, Woodthorpe, Nottingham NG5 4FS, Lawmax Hous, 30-32 Nottingham Road, Nottingham NG9 8AA (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is air conditioning engineers, presented on Friday 11 October 2019, at 10:58 by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EUROPE B.V., of Travellers Lane, Hatfield AL10 8XB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the In The High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales Insolvency and Company List (ChD) , Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 27 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
