"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris McKay (IP No. 009466) of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
