At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 63 Cotton Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR1 5RS on 12 July 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue it business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) both of CVR Global LLP, 139-141 Watling Street, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 2YY be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
